When the BTC sent to your Pandar wallet does not reflect, the first thing you need to do is track it. Tracking your transactions provides the following benefits:

  • Confirmation that funds have been successfully sent or received.

  • Insight into transaction statuses (e.g., pending, confirmed).

  • A way to troubleshoot in case of delays or issues.

Follow these steps to track the BTC sent to your Pandar wallet:

  1. Visit Blockchair (https://blockchair.com/), a trusted blockchain explorer for BTC.

  2. Copy your Pandar wallet address and paste it into the search bar. Then, press enter or click the search icon.

  3. Click on the result corresponding to your BTC address.

  4. Your wallet’s transaction history will display. Here, you can verify transaction statuses, such as pending or confirmed.

  • If it shows a circle sign (processing icon), that means the transaction is still processing on the blockchain.

  • If it shows the arrow sign, that means the transaction has been completed on the blockchain.n.

FAQS

  • Why is my Bitcoin (BTC) deposit showing processing?

There can be several reasons why your deposit status is "processing":-

•Delayed Transactions: If your transaction is delayed, check the network fee paid. Insufficient fees may cause slower processing.

  • Incorrect Address: Double-check the wallet address used. Errors here can lead to tracking difficulties.

  • Connection Issues: For security or connectivity, consider using a VPN when accessing blockchain explorers.

  1. Your Bitcoin transaction fee might be too small

  2. There might be blockchain network congestion

  3. The network requires multiple confirmations before finalizing the transaction

  4. The transaction might be pending due to network conditions

Pandar does not determine the speed of Bitcoin transactions; it depends on the current congestion of the blockchain and the Transaction Fee (also known as Mining or Miner Fee) the sender paid. Kindly note that Pandar cannot speed up the confirmation process.

Your BTC balance will reflect in your wallet immediately after confirmation is completed on the blockchain.

You can follow the steps above to track your BTC to keep track of the status. For more information, refer to the detailed guide here: How to Track BTC Sent to Your Pandar Wallet.

  • If the Bitcoin I sent is below 0.0001 BTC, will I still receive it?

Sadly, deposits below 0.0001 BTC will not reflect in your wallet. This is because Bitcoin transactions require a minimum amount to process due to network fees. If the network fee is higher than the amount being transferred, the transaction may remain pending until network fees reduce. Always ensure to send 0.0001 BTC and above to your wallet.

  • If it shows the arrow sign as pointed out in the image, that means the transaction has been completed on the blockchain.

  • If your deposit is confirmed in the blockchain but you still haven't received it, you can contact us with your deposit info so we can help.
