Why Your Trade Shows “Pending Payment”

A quick guide to resolving “Pending Payment” issues on your trade.

A trade is marked Pending Payment when we can’t complete your payment right away. This usually happens when:

  • The wrong trade option was selected, or

  • The wrong amount was entered

In simple terms, the system can’t process the payment with the details provided.

To fix this, you’ll be asked to update your trade with the correct information before payment can continue.

Why Does This Happen?

This can happen when:

  • An e-code is submitted under the physical card category

  • The card region selected is incorrect

  • The card value doesn’t match the actual amount

  • The wrong brand or variation is selected

Even small mistakes can affect how your payout is calculated.

What Should You Do?

If your trade is marked Pending Payment:

  • Follow the instructions provided by the support team

  • Select the correct trade option

  • Enter the right card amount

  • Resubmit your trade

Once everything is correct, your payment can be processed.

Important to Note

When a trade is marked Pending Payment, it may be closed to prevent incorrect payouts.

Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean your funds are lost. It simply means the correct details are needed before payment can be completed.

How to Avoid This in the Future

  • Double-check your card type before submitting

  • Confirm whether it’s a physical card or an e-code

  • Make sure the amount matches the exact card value

  • Review the trade details before you continue

Taking a few extra seconds can help you avoid delays.
